This study, which we, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Center for Strategic Research, have prepared to shed light on the post-COVID-19 period in an environment of global pandemic and the uncertainty it produces, is based on the preliminary analyses of valuable academics and experts at a time when the pandemic continues.
As an international community, once we see the end of the tunnel with regard to the ongoing pandemic, we will be in a better position to make a more realistic damage assessment. We will therefore be able to assess the true impact of the pandemic on dominant and emerging trends in international relations.
